Our robotic milling cell is built for large and geometrically complex workpieces that are difficult to produce on conventional CNC routers.

// 3D Scanning

3D scanning allows us to work with existing objects, irregular materials and complex forms that are difficult to capture accurately using traditional measurement techniques.

Our scanning workflow creates a direct connection between physical materials and digital fabrication.

Scan data can be used to reconstruct surfaces, locate existing components, compare physical geometry with digital models, and generate material-specific geometry for subsequent design and robotic processing.

The process is particularly useful for unique timber pieces, prototypes, existing structures, renovation and heritage elements; any situation where the physical object or material needs to inform the digital workflow.

Built around Zivid 3D machine-vision technology, the workflow can be adapted and transferred across multiple robotic platforms, including ABB, Universal Robots and KUKA.

// 3D Modelling

We can start from a sketch, concept or existing CAD geometry and develop it into a fully manufacturable 3D model. The modelling process is closely tied to fabrication, helping translate design intent into geometry that is ready for production.

// Robotic process development

Our core strength lies in bridging the gap between creative vision and robotic execution, developing custom processes that integrate sustainability criteria while maintaining design intent. Drawing on our deep DfM expertise, we match the optimal manufacturing path to the desired project outcomes.
